The unique design of the Silt Warden uses a high tensile UV stabilised HDPE shade cloth to provide storm water inlet protection. Silt Warden fits inside an existing drain pit while the drain grate holds this inlet protection device in place.

The superior horticultural shade cloth captures silt, course sediments and debris whilst allowing water to flow through the storm water drain. Designed for easy removal with forklift or other equipment, Silt Wardens are ideal for retaining silt on construction sites before roadways and infrastructure is laid.

    Meet the Team

    Raymond Chow has been involved with the geosynthetics industry for over 15 years. Graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Sydney, Raymond specializes in retaining wall designs, soft ground improvement, channel and slope protection, and on-site storm water management.

    Raymond has been on various technical committees addressing geosynthetics, including testing, specification and durability issues.
